Multi-faceted artist Abhipsa Pradhan did her formal training in Bhubaneshwar and Himachal Pradesh, but much of her artistic creations are influenced by her real-life and cultural experiences. At the centre the artist puts an every day object, giving it prime focus – and off-scores it with details of pattern, nature and folk-lore. Creativity par excellence on silk, Pradhan’s works are widely collected both in India and internationally.
